Refund policy

1. No refund after download:
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not possible after the download process is completed successfully.

2. Acceptable return requests:
Return requests are only accepted if there is a technical problem with the product (such as corrupted or unopenable files) and the problem has not been resolved after contacting the technical support team.

3. Time period for submitting a return request:
The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase with clear evidence of the problem.

4. Procedures upon acceptance of the return:
If the return request is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Exceptions:
Return requests based on change of mind or dissatisfaction with the content after purchase are not accepted if the content is working properly.
